Mr. Lonnie Smith has been involved as Designer, Project Manager, and Architect on various commercial projects across the nation for 31 years and has been a principal in two firms since 1989. He is always committed to providing high quality and personal service to every client. Mr. Smith is presently located in the Lexington/Richmond, Kentucky area, but is registered to practice in 33 states. He is providing services to individual and multi-unit national clients across the country. He is also NCARB certified.

LS Design Group associates are also multi-state registered and we have worked as a team for many years, providing complete civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services from site investigations through construction completion.

Mr. Smith has provided services for the food industry, commercial, hospitality, and institutional clients with about 50% of the projects being remodels or tenant fit-ups.

Clients in the food service industry include (past and present); Bonefish Grill, Applebee's, Malone's, Yum! Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Long John Silver's), Arby's, Wendy's, and Boston Market.

Services for commercial clients include or have included; CVS Pharmacy, Home-Towne Suites, and Family Dollar Stores. Presently, services are being provided for NovaCare (health care facilities), Arcadian Cove Assisted Living Facility, and remodel design services for Eastern Kentucky University.
